Policies

All orders must be paid in full 24 hours prior to pick-up or delivery. To reschedule your pick-up or delivery, you must call BESTBUY FURNITURE during business hours at store where purchased, Monday through Saturday, 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date to avoid to re-delivery fee.

PROMPTLY INSPECT MERCHANDISE - Please inspect all merchandise upon  receipt. Any damages to delivered merchandise must be noted on the  BESTBUY FURNITURE delivery ticket at time of delivery. BESTBUY FURNITURE  will arrange for a technician to come to your home to inspect the  merchandise delivered. If the merchandise cannot be repaired properly,  our technician will make the determination and report it to our customer  service department.

DELIVERY - It is impposible to give a specific time for delivery. It is  the customer's responsibility to make sure that your area is clear and  ready to receive your new furniture. The delivery crew may not move,  relocate, remove or dispose of your old furniture. Delivery crew WILL NOT  TAKE AWAY on delivery truck ANY packaging material associated with the  delivery.

Some homes have narrow halls, stairways, doors and/or low ceilings;  therefore, it may be possible that the crew will not be able to bring in  your furniture without risk of damage to your property as determined by  our delivery crew. At such time, it becomes the customer's responsibility  to bring the furniture into the home.

All service claims regarding visible damage must be made at the time of  delivery and documented on the delivery ticket presented by the driver  for signature. It is the responsibility of the customer to check unopened  boxes. Damaged furniture at the time of delivery may be exchanged.  Absolutely no return or refunds. BESTBUY FURNITURE is not liable for  damage to merchandise not claimed at the time of delivery. An authorized  representative of the purchaser, over the age of 18, must be present at  the time of delivery to inspect and sign for receipt of merchandise. If  no one was available to receive a scheduled delivery, a re-delivery fee  may apply.

BESTBUY FURNITURE reserves the right to: 1) inspect damaged merchandise  in your home, 2) service the merchandise in your home, 3) photograph the  merchandise in your home.

MERCHANDISE PICK-UP - Merchandise may be picked up at the store where  purchased. Please call the store 7 days in advance to schedule a pick-up.  All merchandise for pick-up will be made available dockside. All pick-up  merchandise shall be claimed and inspected by the customer at the time of  pick-up. Once inspected and accepted, the merchandise shall become the  sole responsibility of customer including but not limited to the  carrying, loading, packaging and securing the further transport. Please  come prepared with the neccesary tools: proper vehicle, rope, packing  meterial, ect.

RETURN POLICY - No returns of delivered merchandise permitted.

SPECIAL ORDERS - Any merchandise purchased as a special order will  require a 50% non-refurndable deposit upon order. All sales are final.  There are no returns or exchanges on special orders. Please allow a  minimum of 4-12 weeks (or longer) for special orders to be delivered.

FINAL SALE ITEMS OR CLEARANCE - All sales are final. There are no returns  on any merchandise. All merchandise is sold as is, without warranties or  services. Customer purchasing clearance items have the responsibility to  inspect all items purchased and do understand that they are sold as is  with no warranties or services.

REFUNDS - NO REFUNDS after 24 hours from the time the sale was written  REGARDLESS if delivery or pick-up was attempted or not. Quanlified  refunds made by check or cash will be refunded by check, mailed to the  customer from our business office (allow 15 banking days for your check  to clear)/ A delivery charge shall be charged on the return of delivered  merchandise. Bank card payments are refunded to the same bank card  account.

CANCELLATION - If an order is cancelled, credit will be issued after all  paperwork is retrieved from our delivery department. The process may take  up to one week from the date the cancellation is requested.

LAYAWAY - All purchases are held up to ninety (90) days maximum, a 30%  deposit is required. A 20% payment is due after thirty (30) days from  original purchase date; 20% is due after sixty (60) days from original  purchase date and balance due at the end of ninety (90) days. All  layaways are subject to manufacturer availability. If the item is no  longer available, you must re-select. All payments must be made by the  due dates. A $20 late fee will be applied for all late payments. If the  order is cancelled or paymend in full is not made by the end of the  ninety (90) days grace period, the merchandise on layaway will be  released for re-sale. In addition, the amounts previously rendered are  non-refundable. BESTBUY FURNITURE does not provide layaway on discounted  items or clearance merchandise.

FINANCE - Customer using the HOME DESIGN CREDIT CARD authorized this sale  to be processed at the time of delivery or installation on the Home  Design Credit Card account number referenced on this invoice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, BESTBUY  FURNITURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE,  EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST OR ANTICIPATED REVENUES  OR PROFITS RELATING TO THE SAME), ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATING TO  THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE, PRODUCT(S). SERVICE(S) OR OTHERISE. IN NO EVENT  WILL BE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF BESTBUY FURNITURE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU  HAVE PAID TO BESTBUY FURNITURE FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER OR PRODUCT OUT OF  WHICH LIABILITY AROSE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOT WITHSTANDING ANY  FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY.

COLLECTION FEES - If BESTBUY FURNITURE hires an attorney or pays any  monies to collect payment from you, BEST BUY shall be entitled to collect  from you all collection costs, including attorney's fees.

DISCALIMERS - EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, BESTBUY FURNITURE  DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND EXPRESSED  OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS  FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Clerical errors are subject to correction.
